1. "It is not the sign in the yard that sells your home": Rather it is the home itself, the location, competitive list price, and your marketing/advertising plan.
   
   
2. Chose a reputable Realtor: Select a realtor that can help you develop a marketing strategy that fits your needs.
   
   
   • Someone who understands the four principles of marketing; Product, place, price and promotion.
   • Someone who is technically savvy.
   • Someone who will guide you and be there for you from start to finish.
     
   
   
3. Obtain a CMA: (Competitive Market Analysis) from your agent to help you both set a competitive list price for your home.
